Inside Sales / SDR – Global Care Outreach

About the Role:
Join the front lines of Care Access PBC sales team. You’ll identify high-potential leads, schedule discovery calls, and be the human bridge between new partners and our care platform.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, social, and phone.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the BD team.
- Maintain CRM data and assist in campaign tracking.
- Help localize outreach strategies by region or vertical.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years in sales, support, or outreach (startup or agency is a plus).
- Strong communication and adaptability.
- Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about healthcare, equity, or innovation.
